DRC always invest and update new technology and machinery and equipment to improve the quality of Vietnam tire.

In DRC factory, production procedure of Vietnam DRC tire factory are invested synchronously with many new types of machinery as:

• 270 Liter-mixing line is full automatic, support rubber compound with finnest quality.
• The extruders were imported from EU: Germany,  Holland, Russian … They create rubber compound with high quality enabling tread with high abrasion resistance and performance.
• Tire drum with high technology ensure the distribution of tire structure equally; ensure the heavy load and safety.
• Tyre press system automatically in and out, control timing of vulcanization, meeting technical properties of tyres…
• Tyre are tested on the balancing machine, Endurance machine, X-Ray machine. All defects are eliminated. Only qualify products meet the quality standards will be stamp Warranty sticker before to to the market.
